I began
my life as a photographer at Vogue Magazine in London, so naturally
I developed a love for fashion and the beautiful women who show
that fashion off in the glossiest of magazines around the world.
This was at a time when Vogue still had their own studios in London.
This web site shows just some of my photography. My editorial
work has been published world wide in over 100 countries and I
have been lucky to have worked with some terrific editors who
allowed me to shoot without too many constraints and with a great
deal of freedom .
At Vogue Magazine in London I was privileged to work with some
of the finest photographers, such as Norman Parkinson, Cecil Beaton, Helmut
Newton, David Baily, and Richard Avedon.
Working for Conde Nast meant that I had to become proficient not
only in shooting with people but also in shooting sets for House
& Garden, and product such as jewelry, food etc. for all of
Conde Nast’s other magazines.
Living in Los Angeles, California, I am able to shoot a wide variety
of assignments, from celebrities in their fabulous homes
to commercial shoots for Shell, Macy’s West, Isuzu, Suzuki
and a number of others.
My editorial work with celebrities in the last few years has accounted
for about 70% of my assignments, however I expect to undertake
more commercial and advertising projects in the coming year.
